How to Return an Item for a refund or exchange

At Wop-Wops, returning an item is simple using our online Account System. Just log in, request a return, and send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed, and we recommend using couriers that deliver to P.O. Boxes for reliable service. Please note the below guide applies to returns for an exchange or refund, simply select the applicable reason.


Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  • Go to our website and click "Account" or "Sign In".
  • Enter your email and password.
  • If you don’t have an account, create one using the email linked to your order.

Step 2: Find Your Order & Request a Return

  • Navigate to "Order History" or "My Orders".
  • Locate the order with the item you want to return.
  • Click "Request Return", select a reason, and submit your request.

📩 You will receive an email with return instructions once your request is approved.


Step 3: Package Your Return

  • Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories included.
  • Securely pack the item to prevent damage in transit.

🚨 Customers must cover return postage unless otherwise agreed.


Step 4: Choose a Tracked Courier

We recommend using tracked services that deliver to P.O. Boxes, such as:
Royal Mail (Tracked Services)
DHL Express
FedEx
UPS

💡 Keep your tracking number and proof of postage.


Step 5: Ship Your Return

  • You’ll receive the return address via email once your request is approved.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Step 6: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider

WopWops Returns & Exchanges Policy

At WopWops, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

1. Returns Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • The original order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

1.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If an item is faulty, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify WopWops within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting info@wopwops.co.uk.
  • Faulty items may be returned even if used, but prior authorization is required.
  • If the issue is confirmed to be caused by WopWops, a prepaid return label will be provided.

2. Exchanges Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be requested within 180 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached, unless the item is faulty.

2.2 Out-of-Stock Items

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, WopWops will offer:
    • An alternative product of equal value.
    • A refund, if within the 30-day return period.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

3.1 Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must arrange their own return shipping.
  • All returns must be sent using a courier that delivers to P.O. Boxes.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
    • The item is faulty or incorrect (reported within 7 days).
    • The return is due to an issue caused by WopWops (a prepaid return label will be provided in such cases).

3.2 International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Customers must mark the package as a "return" to avoid customs fees.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • Funds may take 3-7 days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the payment provider.
  • Payment providers such as Klarna may take longer.

4.2 Refund Coverage

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by WopWops.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Customers must log in to their account on the WopWops website.
  2. Navigate to "Order History" and select the relevant order.
  3. Click "Request Return" or "Request Exchange", providing all required details.
  4. Await confirmation and return instructions via email.

For faulty or incorrect items: Customers must email info@wopwops.co.uk with their order number, item details, and photos of the issue before returning.
