The Process

  1. Log in to your customer account: Click on the "Account" or "Login" link in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Enter your email address and password associated with your account to log in. (You may need to register for an account if you haven't already done so)

  2. Access your order history: Once you've logged in, navigate to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section of your account dashboard.

  3. Locate the order: Find the order containing the item(s) you'd like to return. Click on the order number or "View Order" button to access the order details page.

  4. Initiate a return: On the order details page, click the "Request a Return" or "Start a Return" button. This will open the returns request form.

  5. Complete the returns request form: Fill out the required information on the form, such as the reason for the return, the item(s) you'd like to return, and any additional comments or feedback. Once you've completed the form, click the "Submit" button.

  6. Await return authorisation and instructions: Our team will review your return request and send you an email with return authorisation and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please ensure you follow the provided instructions to avoid any delays or complications with your return.

  7. Ship the item(s) back: We do not provide shipping labels for returns and recommend that you use a reputable courier with a tracked service to help ensure the parcel does not get lost. We take no responsibility for parcels that don't arrive back with us.

  8. Receive your refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method and 1-3 days after receiving the exchange for your new item(s) to be shipped out.

180 Day exchanges

At Wop-Wops, we are dedicated to offering a seamless shopping experience and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you find that your item doesn't quite meet your expectations or you need a different size or color, we provide a generous 180-day exchange policy.

You can exchange eligible items within 180 days of the delivery date, as long as they are in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Keep in mind that some products, such as undergarments, swimwear, personal care items, gift cards, clearance items, and customised products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.

30 day refunds

At Wop-Wops, we strive to ensure our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day refund policy.


You can return any eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Please note that some products, such as undergarments, swimwear, personal care items, gift cards, clearance items, and customised products, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Wop-Wops Ltd or one of our partnered stockists.

Terms and Conditions 

At Wop-Wops, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns Terms and Conditions outlined below:

  1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this window may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer at their own expense.

  2. Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as undergarments, swimwear, and personal care items cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards, clearance items, and customised products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.

  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We will process a refund for the returned item once it has been received and inspected.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer support team at Info@wop-wops.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product to assess the issue and determine the best course of action.

  7. International Returns: For customers outside [Country of Origin], please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes associated with returning items. Any fees incurred by Wop-Wops for unpaid customs duties or taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

  8. Eligible Purchases: We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Wop-Wops Ltd or one of our partnered stockists. Returns will not be accepted for items purchased from third-party sellers, such as online second-hand clothing websites or similar platforms. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required, and bank statements will not qualify as proof of purchase.

  9. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sending the return back to us. We cannot accept liability for lost parcels during the return process. We recommend using a tracked courier service to avoid issues with lost parcels. In cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, Wop-Wops will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
