How to Return an Item for a refund or exchange
At Wop-Wops, returning an item is simple using our online Account System. Just log in, request a return, and send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed, and we recommend using couriers that deliver to P.O. Boxes for reliable service. Please note the below guide applies to returns for an exchange or refund, simply select the applicable reason.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
- Go to our website and click "Account" or "Sign In".
- Enter your email and password.
- If you don’t have an account, create one using the email linked to your order.
Step 2: Find Your Order & Request a Return
- Navigate to "Order History" or "My Orders".
- Locate the order with the item you want to return.
- Click "Request Return", select a reason, and submit your request.
📩 You will receive an email with return instructions once your request is approved.
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories included.
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage in transit.
🚨 Customers must cover return postage unless otherwise agreed.
Step 4: Choose a Tracked Courier
We recommend using tracked services that deliver to P.O. Boxes, such as:

✔ DHL Express
✔ FedEx
✔ UPS
💡 Keep your tracking number and proof of postage.
Step 5: Ship Your Return
- You’ll receive the return address via email once your request is approved.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
Step 6: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
