We always aim to pack and despatch your order the day we receive it, if placed before 14:30 (except weekends, bank holidays or where otherwise stated). 

Once it’s ready, we’ll send an email confirming all the details of your order along with tracking information.

Your order will be with you by the next working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) when orders are placed before 14:30 Monday-Friday, orders placed after 14:30 will be sent the next working day. 

Please be advised that delivery times can vary if carriers are busy and we cannot accept responsibility for late parcels or missing parcels. We also offer a variety of other delivery options such as delivery before 10:30 the next working day and Saturday delivery, Please send us an email if we do not have a delivery option that suits your needs and one of our customer service team will be more than happy to look into all the options available to us.
