Returns Policy

At Wop-Wops, we strive to offer high-quality clothing and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our detailed Return and Exchange Policy below.

Return and Exchange Eligibility: This policy applies to products purchased directly from Wop-Wops through our Shopify store. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return and Exchange Period:
Refunds: Items eligible for a refund must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges: Items eligible for an exchange must be returned within 180 days of the delivery date.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your customer account on the Wop-Wops website. Once logged in, navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Click on the "Request Return" or "Request Exchange" button, and follow the instructions to complete the process. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on Wop-Wops' part. In such cases, Wop-Wops will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in this policy to send back the original item. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the desired exchange item free of charge, subject to availability. We estimate that you will receive your exchanged item within 3 days of Wop-Wops receiving the original returned product.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including but not limited to undergarments, swimwear, and personal care items, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, gift cards, clearance items, and customised products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at Info@wop-wops.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product to assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

Purchases from Third-Party Sellers or Partner Stockists:
Only products purchased directly from Wop-Wops, or one of our partnered stockists, are eligible for return or exchange under this policy. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Bank statements will not qualify as proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted from third-party sellers such as online secondhand clothing websites or similar platforms.

Changes to This Policy: Wop-Wops reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Shopify store.
