These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and services provided through this website (www.wop-wops.co.uk) relating to our customised cowboy hats and associated accessories. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Customisation & Hot Branding
Each customised hat is individually made to order using your chosen design, initials, or logo. Our hot-branding process permanently marks the hat material with heat to create your selected design.
- All hot-branded and customised products are made uniquely for you.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Please check all spelling, design proofs, and placement options carefully before confirming your order.
We take great care to reproduce your design as accurately as possible. Minor variations in tone, placement, or branding depth can occur as part of the handmade process; these are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalised nature of our products, customised and hot-branded hats are final sale and non-returnable once production has begun. This policy ensures we can offer truly bespoke items that are unique to each customer.
If applicable, only non-customised products may be returned in accordance with our standard returns policy.
Lead Times & Dispatch
- Standard (non-custom) orders: dispatched same day or next working day.
- Custom hot-branded orders: production lead time is 3–14 days (up to two weeks) before dispatch, depending on order volume and design complexity.
We aim to dispatch within the stated timeframe, but during busy periods production may extend toward the full two-week lead time. You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, your order will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Errors & Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to cancel any order affected by such errors prior to dispatch, with a full refund if payment has been taken.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
