How to return

Start your return from your customer account. Open the order you want to return, select the item or items, then submit your request from the order details.

    Sign in to your account using the same email address used for your order.

    Open the order that contains the item you want to return.

  3. 3

    Choose the return option shown inside the order details.

  4. 4

    Select the items and reason for return, then submit the request.

  5. 5

    Follow the instructions in your account once the request has been created.

If the return option does not appear on an order, that order or item may not be eligible for return.

Return requirements

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of a return being approved

  • Items should be unworn, unused and in original condition.

  • Tags and original packaging should be included.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund. For exchanges we allow up 180 days.

  • Ensure Royal Mail is used for return shipping as other couriers do not deliver to our Returns Address

If you're a member you're eligible for free returns on orders over £70.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and checked.

  • Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

  • Original shipping charges are usually non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Bank processing times can affect how quickly the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

The process to return an item for exchange is the same as a refund, we just ask you make a note of this in the additional comments section when completing the return application

  • Exchange availability depends on stock at the time the request is reviewed.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead if the item was received within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must meet our general return policy rules which can be found on our returns policy

  • Contact your team if the customer account does not show an exchange option.

  • Refunds generally take 4-5 days once we have received your items back. This is due to the banks processing times and completely out of our control.
