We always aim to pack and despatch your order the day we receive it, if placed before 14:30 (except weekends, bank holidays or where otherwise stated). Once it’s ready, we’ll send an email confirming all the details of your order along with tracking information. 

DPD Next Working Day - £5.99 or FREE on all UK orders over £70

Your order will be with you by the next working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) when orders are placed before 14:30 Monday-Friday, orders placed after 14:30 will be sent the next working day. Please be advised that delivery times can vary if carriers are busy and we cannot accept responsibility for late parcels or missing parcels. We also offer a variety of other delivery options such as delivery before 10:30 the next working day and Saturday delivery, Please send us an email if we do not have a delivery option that suits your needs and one of our customer service team will be more than happy to look into all the options available to us.

World wide Delivery

Your order will be with you within 4-10 working days, but may take a little longer if carriers are particularly busy. Thank you in advance for your patience with this.

Local import duties and charges may apply, dependent on location. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

The Process

Please visit our returns portal by clicking here. In order to file your return, you will require your order number and delivery post code. We don't cover the cost of return postage unless agreed with our customer service team in advance (Only accepted for damaged goods and incorrect items). We offer a drop off service via DPD which costs £5. Please ensure items are returned in the condition they were received in and have not been washed or soiled.

Term's & Conditions

180 Day exchanges

We know life can get busy and things get forgotten about, so we give you up to 180 days after receiving your order to return for an exchange, providing the item is in a re-sellable condition, has no marks or stains and has original packaging present.

30 day refunds

if you aren't happy with our products or services for what ever reason, you have up to 30 days from receiving your item to get it back to us for a full refund (not incl postage fees)
